Hard rolled coil, refers to the finished product produced by continuous rolling of hot rolled coil after pickling at room temperature. Because it has not been annealed, its hardness is very high (HRB greater than 90), poor machinability, can only be a simple directional less than 90 degrees of bending process (perpendicular to the direction of coiling). Some steel mills are able to provide a quadruple bending process.
Scope of application
(1) Annealed and processed into ordinary cold rolled; coated;
(2) Processing of zinc plating by galvanising units with pre-annealing treatment devices;
(3) Panels requiring essentially no processing.
