They also have clear precautions during use to ensure processing quality and product stability. Their core application features lie in strong processing adaptability: despite their high hardness, they can be processed into various complex-shaped components through stamping and shearing processes, meeting the production needs of a variety of products such as home appliances, automotive interiors, and electronic devices.

Compared with annealed coils, hard-rolled coils have higher surface flatness and better dimensional stability. After processing, they are less likely to experience rebound or deformation, thereby improving the precision and consistency of subsequent products. Additionally, they offer significant cost advantages. By omitting the annealing process, production energy consumption is reduced, and processing time is shortened, resulting in a much higher cost-performance ratio than similar annealed products. They are suitable for batch production scenarios with requirements for both cost and hardness.

When using hard-rolled coils, note that due to their high hardness, appropriate molds and processing parameters must be selected during processing to avoid issues such as mold wear and plate cracking. If complex subsequent processing such as bending or stretching is required, pre-treatment should be carried out in advance. Furthermore, during storage, anti-moisture and anti-rust measures must be taken to prevent surface moisture and oxidation, which could affect subsequent processing and usage effects.
